How To Sell At Lots Road Auctions

You can either:
-    Bring items in person to be valued and the team will assess if they are suitable for auction. We can carry out on-site valuations Tuesday and Wednesday each week, or any other time by appointment only. Alternatively, are happy to make a provisional valuation from clear photographs.

-    In some cases a member of staff can conduct valuations of items in situ. Please contact our valuations department to talk over this option.

-    Too busy to stop by in person? Email the valuations team with as much detail as possible and measurements, attaching jpegs or pdfs of the item: valuations@lotsroad.com

-    For all painting and picture valuations, email: paintings@lotsroad.com with dimensions and artist information.

Important Information

Remote valuations are subject to change upon inspection.

All vendors will be asked to sign the Booking in Receipt and agree to the Terms and Conditions, which form our contract with you.

Valuations

Valuation days, offering a full service are: Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm. It is best to contact valuations before visiting to ensure the relevant staff are present.

If you would like to have an item valued at another time, please make an appointment by emailing valuations@lotsroad.com.

Useful information
-    The latest time for consigning an item for an upcoming auction is 3pm on Wednesday.

-    After this time, accepted items will be placed into the next auction to make sure they have enough exposure on upcoming viewing days.

-    If the valuations team decide an item is more suitable for a specialist auction, it will be held back for that particular event.

-    Acceptance of items for auction is dependent on inspection by the team and a value agreement by both the team and the vendor.
