Monday sales are a success...

(Left) Lot 168 - Bureau, 18th century style Continental, green craquelure and gilt decorated, with fitted interior above three drawers. 108cm H x 118cm W x 53cm D - Sold for £600.

As most of our regular buyers, sellers and friends will now be familiar with, our sale date has changed from Sundays at 12pm to Mondays at 11am and we are thrilled with the success of our new sale date and time! For our last few sales in January, we have had a great turn out from both buyers and spectators in the room as well as online bidders and we are so pleased that the change has proved to be a success for both our team at Lots Road Auctions and the public. We are now looking forward to our next big Fine Sale on Valentine's Day and preparing for that, but in the meantime we have one more sale coming up next Monday the 24th.

Please note the new viewing times since the change below:

Friday 10am - 6pm

Saturday 10am - 6pm

Sunday 10am - 6pm

Monday 9 - 11am

Please scroll below for some highlights from yesterday's sale; such items include a beautiful and uniquely patterned saffron coloured Persian rug, a Congolese Songye Mask, a pair of attractive Toleware table lamps, a rustic Daler Rowney studio easel and an eye-catching green 18th-century style continental bureau.
