There are two joint directors at Lots Road Auctions, Nick Carter at the helm as Managing Director, alongside Olivia Hatt as Operations, People and Finance Director.
They are supported by our senior leadership team who manage the day to day running of the business.
In November 2024 we became an Employee Owned Trust, making all employees part-owners of Lots Road Auctions. The strategic shift to this business model is something that we are incredibly proud of.
