IMPORTANT CHANGES AT LOTS ROAD AUCTIONS

We’re pleased to announce a move to a new back-office auction system

This upgrade gives us a more flexible and efficient system behind the scenes to allow us to continue improving the buying and selling experience for our customers.

As part of this change we will no longer be operating through Auctionet. Buyers and Vendors will now deal directly with Lots Road Auctions through our own platform. We would like to sincerely thank them for their support and wish them every success for the future.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR BUYERS

If you have bought from us before, your contact information has been securely transferred over. To continue bidding directly, you will need to create a new password and register to bid via lotsroad.com.

You will have a dedicated ‘My Account’ page on our website where you will be able to see your wishlist, all your bids and registrations, invoices and payments, appointments and even set sale reminders for your favourite sales.

Your bidding history with Auctionet will not transfer over into the new system – if you need any information please get in touch as we can access and send this to you as required.

All invoices and auction communications will now come directly from Lots Road. Your invoice will include a secure payment link for quick and easy payment.

Auctionet’s integrated shipping service will no longer be available. If you require shipping we can recommend a number of trusted carriers who regularly collect from our saleroom.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR VENDORS

If you have sold with us previously there is nothing you need to do. Your contact and bank account details have been securely transferred over to the new system.

Your vendor history with Auctionet has not been transferred over – if you need any information do let us know and we can access it and send across to you.

Our new platform will allow us to provide improved seller reporting and continue enhancing both the buyer and seller experience.

With the system change we have taken the opportunity to update and simplify our Terms & Conditions, making them easier to read and navigate. We encourage you to review this latest version before using our services.
